EC Konsult AB is a technology consulting company with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and system development. We develop embedded systems for some of Sweden's most exciting industries – from medical technology to automotive, process industry, and security systems. Our daily work involves creating solutions to complex technical challenges – sometimes in ways that have never been done before.

We are now looking for a Master's degree engineer in software development for embedded systems who wants to help develop the technology of the future – in close collaboration with both customers and engaged colleagues.

As a consultant with us, you will work with the entire chain from idea to finished product – either on-site with the customer or from our offices in Karlshamn and Lund. We offer varied assignments across different industries such as:

• Medical equipment
• Garden products
• Automotive
• Traffic monitoring
• Heating systems
• Security systems
• etc.

You will work at the forefront of technology – and we hope you have an interest in AI and machine learning, especially in combination with embedded systems. Many of our customers demand intelligent solutions, which opens up exciting projects where AI is integrated into hardware-near applications.

Desirable areas of expertise

• Hardware-near programming (C/C++)
• Firmware development
• Embedded Linux
• Agile working methods
• Hardware design
• Various processor technologies
• Experience working according to regulations (e.g., in medical technology or automotive)
• Interest or experience in AI/ML in embedded systems or edge computing
